Abstract

A 7-year-old white boy was treated for a diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia 3 years ago. Part of his treatment included 40 mg methotrexate intrathecally and 1800 cGy brain irradiation. Presently he has relapsed with symptomatic leukemic meningitis. His bone marrow remains negative.
