Abstract
One of the aims of the SPRITE project was to address all aspects of the technical documentation environment. The SPRITE system supports organisation and retrieval of documents and the management of the document development process including teamwork, development of closely related variants of documents, maintenance of historical versions, archiving on optical disk, etc.. This support is the subject of this chapter.
