  • 57 Accesses

Abstract

This handbook has been compiled to disseminate the results of the ANNIE project among members of the European IT industry in a usable manual format, and is a major deliverable to ESPRIT DG XIII who have funded 50% of the cost of the programme. Over three years, the ANNIE team, whose organisations have invested the other 50% of the costs, has investigated the potential of different types of neural networks for industrial applications that have proved difficult to solve using conventional computing methods.
