Separation and Correction of the Dynamic Error of the Grating Type Single-flank Mesh Gear Tester
In this paper, by applying the gear integrated error measuring technology and the error separating technique, the gear error signal, exported from a single-flank mesh integrated error measuring instrument, is imported into a microcomputer through an interface, the dynamic errors of the gear grating system, of the master worm grating system and of the master worm have been separated by data processing. The trangential composite error and the profile error of the gear being inspected can be corrected by subtracting the dynamic error which is stored in computer. The mathematical principle of error separation is described. Three examples of separation and correction are presented.
