Zusammenfassung
Die Aufklärung der Ätiopathogenese des allergischen Kontaktekzems ist mit den Namen bekannter Dermatologen und Immunologen, wie Hebra, Jadassohn [2], Landsteiner und Jacobs [9], Landsteiner und Chase und vielen anderen assoziiert. Die Untersuchungen unserer Vorgänger haben das allergische Kontaktekzem (AKE) als ein der Natur nach allergisches Geschehen herausgestellt, welches durch Substanzen mit niedrigem Molekulargewicht (Haptene), die zu ihrer Immunogenität der Kopplung an sogenannte Träger (carrier) bedürfen, ausgelöst wird und welches schließlich durch Zellen und nicht durch Serumfaktoren übertragbar ist, mit anderen Worten, welches TZell vermittelt ist. Schließlich entstand das Konzept der peripheren Sensibilisierung [11] und die wichtige Rolle der Langerhanszelle als antigen-präsentierende Zelle wurde definiert. Faßt man das bisherig Bekannte zusammen, so stellt sich der Ablauf einer kontaktallergischen Reaktion wie folgt dar: Kontaktallergen penetriert in die Epidermis und natürlich auch in das Corium,
