Zusammenfassung

Das Interesse, das Dermatologen seit jeher den blasenbildenden Dermatosen entgegengebracht haben, fand auch in jüngster Zeit in einem intensiven Studium dieser Erkrankungsgruppe und in der Folge in einer beeindruckenden Zahl von Publikationen seinen Niederschlag. In einer automatisierten Literatursuche ließen sich allein in den Jahren 1988 und 1989 1021 Veröffentlichungen über bullöse Hauterkrankungen nachweisen. Es ist daher nur möglich, in der folgenden Abhandlung schwerpunktmäßig auf einige Forschungsergebnisse - erhoben unter Verwendung neuer Labormethoden sowie Studium großer Krankenkollektive -, die das Verständnis der Ätiologie und Pathogenese blasenbildender Immundermatosen erweitern und vor allem in der Praxis bei der Diagnosefindung und Therapie der betroffenen Patienten Bedeutung haben, näher einzugehen.
