Knowledge-Oriented Support for Data Analysis Applications to Marketing

  • Conference paper

Part of the book series: NATO ASI Series ((NATO ASI F,volume 61))

Summary

Efforts undertaken to develop software tools for knowledge-oriented support usable in marketing applications are reported. Possibilities of extensions of an existing prototype which—in the current implementation stage—consists of knowledge-oriented support for some market research and data analysis applications are discussed. An example demonstrates how new software is incorporated in the prototype and how new applications can be handled in the extended environment.
