Aufgrund der Vielschichtigkeit seiner Verkehrsfunktion kann man nicht vom typischen Verteilerverkehr sprechen. Im Gegensatz zum Werknahverkehr ist der Begriff Verteilerverkehr weder verkehrsrechtlich relevant, noch ist er verkehrsrechtlich definiert.
