Zusammenfassung
Unter Laparoskopie versteht man eine endoskopische Inspektion der Bauchhȯhle. Der Sicht zugänglich sind Teile der Oberfläche von Leber, Milz, Gallenblase, Magen, Dünn- und Dickdarm sowie Peritoneum parietale (Abb. 6.1). In Kopf tieflagerung sind auch die Unterbauchorgane, insbesondere Uterus und Adnexe, einsehbar. Erstmals wird die Methode 1902 von Kelling [17] erwȧhnt, die Einführung in die klinische Diagnostik erfolgt durch Kalk u. Wildhirt [15], die erste Verȯffentlichung 1929. Breite Anwendung findet die Laparoskopie seit den 60er Jahren auch in der Gynȧkologie.
