Zusammenfassung
Für das Modell einer Fall-Kontroll-Studie wird eine stetige Version vorgeschlagen. Diese Version erlaubt Aussagen für kurzzeitige Expositionsdauern, ohne daß mit der Dauer auch das Risiko gegen Null geht. Aussagen für variabel lange Expositionsdauer erfordern zusätzliche Inferenzstrategien, die sich aus dem hier vorgeschlagenen Ansatz direkt ableiten lassen.
