Zusammenfassung

Die Topik der Nebennieren-Malignome betrifft das Retro- wie das Intraperitoneum. Retroperitoneal sind oft einbezogen die seitenzugehörige Niere, der Nierengefäßstiel, Vena cava und Aorta, Duodenum und Pankreasschwanz. Intraperitoneal sind es Leber und Milz, selten Mesenterium und Dünndarm (Abb.1).
