Zusammenfassung

Trotz Einführung der Sonographie als ein adjuvantes diagnostisches Verfahren zur Abldärung pathologischer Scrotalprozesse bereitet die Differentialdiagnose zwischen tumorösen und entzündlichen Veränderungen der Hoden präoperativ weiterhin Schwierigkeiten [1, 3]. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Untersuchung war es, zu prüfen, ob die Computertomographie, insbesondere im Vergleich mit der Sonographie, einen Beitrag zur weitergehenden praeoprativen Differenzierung von Erkrankungen des Scrotums zu leisten vermag.
