Zusammenfassung
Patienten mit schwerer Aphasie, insbesondere solche mit globaler Aphasie, haben oft unerwartet große Schwierigkeiten mit Aufgaben, die auf den ersten Blick auch ohne sprachliche Prozesse lösbar sein sollten. Das gilt z.B. für die Mosaik-Aufgaben und das Figurenlegen aus dem Wechsler-Intelligenztest, für Aufgaben vom Typ der „eingebetteten Figuren“ und andere Aufgaben aus dem sog. visuo-kognitiven Bereich.
