Stellenwert der pelvinen Lymphknotendissektion im Rahmen der erweiterten radikalen Zystektomie beim Blasenkarzinom

Zusammenfassung

Die pelvine Lymphadenektomie zum Zeitpunkt der Zystektomie wird von der Mehrzahl der Autoren als diagnostische Maßnahme angesehen [2]. Skinner [5, 6] erreichte jedoch durch eine sorgfältige Lymphknotendissektion bei „geringer“ Lymphknotenbeladung (pN1–2) eine errechnete 5-Jahresüberlebensrate von 43% (bei 18 Patienten im Stadium pN1) und 50% (bei 10 Patienten im Stadium pN2). Diese Feststellung wurde anhand unseres Krankengutes retrospektiv überprüft.
