Zusammenfassung
Bei mehr als 270 Zystektomien seit 1968 stellt die pelvine Lymphadenektomie seit 1973 einen integralen Bestandteil der radikalen Zystektomie an unserer Klinik dar. Wir beginnen die Lymphadenektomie mit der Dissektion der iliacalen Lymphknoten, nach cranial bis zur Aortenbifurkation. Sie wird zwischen V.iliaca und Muskulus psoas fortgesetzt, wo die sakrale Lymphknotengruppe entlang des proximalen Anteils des N. obturatorius ausgeräumt wird. Dem Verlauf dieses Nervs folgend, schließt sich die Ausräumung der Fossa obturatoria an, welche die Lymphadenektomie beendet.
