Zusammenfassung

Ich möchte aus Zeitgründen das mir gestellte Thema „Glukosestoffwechsel bei Leberkrankheiten“ etwas einengen. Ich werde zunächst die Wechselwirkungen von Diabetes und Leberkrankheiten analysieren und sodann Änderungen der hormonalen Regulation des Kohlenhydratstoffwechsels bei Lebererkrankungen diskutieren. Abschließend werde ich über neuere Untersuchungen aus der Göttinger Medizinischen Klinik über die Wirkung von Proinsulin auf den Kohlenhydratstoffwechsel der Leber und die sich hieraus möglicherweise ergebenden therapeutischen Aspekte berichten.
