Rheological Models; Differential Representation
The behavior of viscoelastic materials under uniaxial loading may be represented by means of conceptual models composed by elastic and viscous elements. These models are particularly useful from a didactic point of view. As analogs for stress and strain we use the total extending force and the total extension.
