Zusammenfassung

Die Feststellung granulärer IgA-Ablagerungen in den dermalen Papillen bei Patienten mit Dermatitis herpetiformis Duhring (DH) (van der Meer 1969; Chorzelski u. Mitarb. 1971) erbrachte ein neues diagnostisches Kriterium. Gegenwärtig besteht im allgemeinen die Übereinstimmung, daß dieses Phänomen äußerst charakteristisch, wenn nicht pathognomonisch sei, was die Bezeichnung „DHMarker “ verdient.
