Zusammenfassung

Die chirurgische Behandlung komplizierter Nierenbecken- und Kelchausgußsteine strebt zwei hauptsächliche Ziele an:

  1. 1.

    eine vollständige Steinsanierung und

  2. 2.

    Vermeidung von Läsionen intrarenaler Arterien, da bei fehlenden arteriellen Anastomosen ischämische segmentale Niereninfarkte resultieren.
