Zusammenfassung

Die zytostatische Behandlung der Psoriasis ist mehr als 30 Jahre alt. 1951 untersuchte Gubner [10] zum ersten Mal den Wert von Aminopterin bei dieser Krankheit. 13 Patienten — 7 litten gleichzeitig an Arthritis psoriatica — wurden mit überzeugendem Effekt behandelt. Seitdem ist zuerst dieses Medikament und später sein Analogon, Methothrexat, auf der ganzen Welt bei schwerer, zu Invalidität führender Psorisis angewandt worden.
