Zusammenfassung

Der systemische Lupus erythematodes (SLE), die progressive systemische Sklerodermie (PSS), die rheumatoide Arthritis (RA) und die Dermatomyositis (DM) sind chronisch entzündliche Systemerkrankungen unbekannter Ätiologie, die klinisch durch den Befall des Gefäß- und Bindegewebsapparates verschiedener Organe und serologisch durch unterschiedlich ausgeprägte Autoimmunphänomene diagnostiziert werden können. Viele Patienten weisen jedoch Symptome auf, die überlappend bei verschiedenen dieser sogenannten Kollagenosen Vorkommen oder sogar charakteristisch für eine andere als die diagnostizierte Grunderkrankung sein können. Beispiele für derartige Mischformen oder Überlappungssyndrome mit typischen Symptomen zweier oder mehrerer Kollagenosen sind in der Literatur kasuistisch vielfach berichtet und u. a. von Dubois [7], zusammengefaßt worden.
