Zusammenfassung
Nahrungsmittel können verschiedene Symptome des atopischen Formenkreises auslösen. Jedoch geht die Diskussion oft darum, wie häufig Nahrungsmittel die auslösenden Faktoren sind und wie man diesen Tatbestand diagnostizieren kann. Wenige Gebiete sind so schlecht definiert und so viel mit klinischer Subjektivität belastet wie die Nahrungsmittelallergie. In letzter Zeit wurde jedoch in mehreren Studien versucht, die Diagnostik methodisch zu verbessern und positive Reaktionen genauer zu definieren.
