Zusammenfassung
Beim fortgeschrittenen metastasierenden Hara-blasenkarzinom sind die Ergebnisse der systemi-sehen Chemotherapie noch nicht befriedigend. Remissionsraten von 30–40% und Remissions-zeiten von etwa 5–6 Monaten werden beschrieben. Die Ergebnisse der Monotherapie — z. B. mit Cis-Platin — sind nur unwesentlich schlechter als die der Kombinationschemotherapie. Bei dem häufig benutzten und gut dokumentierten CAP-Schema (Cis-Platin, Adriamycin und Cyclo-phosphamid) schwanken die Remissionsraten zwischen 13% [1] und 82% [3].
