Zusammenfassung

\(\frac{1}{4}\); bis \(\frac{1}{3}\) der Patienten mit Nierenzellcarcinom hat bei Diagnosestellung bereits Fernmetastasen. Lediglich in 1 bis 3 % aller Fälle liegen Soli-tarmetastasen vor. Die Lunge stellt beim Hypernephrom mit etwa 50% die häufigste Lokalisation der Fernmetastasen dar.
