Abstract

Starting from the concept of the “Office of the Future”, the discussion turns to implementation strategies with which progress can be made from the present state of office communication toward the long-term goal of the “Office of the Future”. The knowledge worker has been chosen as the focus of these considerations, since he represents the area in which the greatest increase in productivity is tc be anticipated as a result of effective office communication.
