Zusammenfassung

Die Kenntnisse über die Krankheitsgruppe der bullösen Epidermolysen (EB) sind durch Fortschritte auf klinischem, immunfluoreszenz- und elektronenoptischem Gebiet erweitert worden, so daß heute 17 verschiedene Subtypen zu differenzieren sind. Durch Foetoskopie und ultrastruktureller Analyse der entnommenen Foetalhaut gelang kürzlich der intrauterine Nachweis der EB vom Typ Herlitz und Hallopeau Siemens. Therapeutisch ergeben sich Ansätze bei den dermolytischen EB vom Typ EB dystrophica Hallopeau Siemens und EB dystrophica inversa (Phenytointherapie).
