Zusammenfassung

Definitionsgemäß handelt es sich beim Priapismus um eine krankhafte Dauererektion, die weder durch Kohabitation noch Masturbation rückgängig gemacht werden kann, wobei pathognomonischerweise nur die Corpora cavernosa und nicht das Corpus spongiosum urethrae und die mit ihm verbundene Glans penis erigiert sind.
