Zusammenfassung

Medikamentöse Wechselwirkungen mit Hautveränderungen können sich aus Interaktionen von Pharmaka ergeben. Diese können in Veränderungen der Resorption, des Transportes (Bindung an Plasmaproteine), Interaktionen im Metabolismus, Antagonismus an den Rezeptoren, Elimination oder bisher noch unbekannten Mechanismen bestehen. Aus mehr klinisch orientierten Gesichtspunkten ergibt sich die nachfolgende Differenzierung (Tabelle 1). Im Rahmen dieses Referates können jedoch nur einige Beispiele und Prinzipien, nicht aber das gesamte Spektrum der Problematik abgehandelt werden.
