Zusammenfassung
Chemische Verletzungen mit Flußsäure (HF) stellen in der Unfallpraxis ein großes Problem dar, da HF infolge guter Wasser- und Lipoidlöslichkeit eine hohe Penetrationsrate besitzt und leicht in die menschliche Haut eindringt. Darüber hinaus hemmen Fluorid-Ionen den Zellmetabolismus durch Blockierung des glykolytischen Enzyms Enolase [1] — die Folge ist ein in Fläche und Tiefe progredienter Gewebeuntergang.
