Zusammenfassung

In einem Großunternehmen wächst stetig der Bedarf zur weltweiten Kommunikation. Die Verbesserung des Kommunikationssystems in allen seinen Ausprägungen erfordert organisatorische, personelle wie auch technische Investitionen.

Mit dem Projekt SIEKOM, mit dem das innerbetriebliche, überbereichliche „Kommunikationssystem“ verbessert werden soll, werden Vorgehensweise und personelle Maßnahmen aufgezeigt. Technische Aspekte werden in Anbetracht der vielfältigen Beiträge der anderen Referenten bewußt nicht behandelt.

Summary

In a large enterprise there is a permanently growing need for worldwide communications. The necessary improvement of the employed communication system with its various aspects requires huge capital investments with respect to organization, personnel and technology.

The project SIEKOM is to improve the intra-company worldwide communication. The paper explains the intention, the measures to be taken and activities in the personnel area. Technical aspects of the communication system are not dealt with since they are addressed by the other contributions to the conference.
