Magnetic Quantization and Transport in a Semiconductor Superlattice

The structure of magnetic energy levels in GaAs-AlXGa1-X-As superlattice has been calculated when a magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the superlattice directiln. Transport coefficients have also been calculated and been shlwn to exhibit Shubnikov-de Haas lscillatilns in some cases in agreement with recent experiments.
