Zusammenfassung
Die Altersverteilung urothelialer Blasentumoren weist nach statistischen Analysen Dolls (1968) auf eine kontinuierliche Einwirkung von Kanzerogenen in niederer Dosierung hin. Wenn diese Annahme zutrifft, müßten Präblastomatöse Veränderungen des Urothels im Senium häufiger sein. Nach wie vor umstritten ist die Frage, welche Schleimhautveränderungen als Präblastomatosen anzusehen sind (Abb. 1, 2). Genauere Daten über Häufigkeit und Lokalisation diesbezüglich diskutierter Befunde als entscheidende Voraussetzung zur Beantwortung dieser Frage fehlen bisher, denn nahezu alle derartigen Untersuchungen wurden an ausgewählten Kollektiven, wie Patienten mit Blasenkarzinomen oder Personen mit erhöhten Risikofaktoren, durchgeführt 11, 4, 5, 6, dagegen 2].
