Zusammenfassung

Histologisch vergleichbare primäre papilläre Harnblasentumoren niedrigen bis mittleren Ent-differenzierungsgrades zeigen häufig klinisch einen vollkommen unterschiedlichen Verlauf. Dabei ist bekannt, daß ein zunehmender Entdiffe-renzierungsgrad mit der Infiltrationstiefe bzw. einer frühzeitigen Metastasierung des Rezidiv-Tumors in Beziehung steht [16].
