Zusammenfassung

Die Urtikaria ist in den letzten Jahren häufiger Thema von Zeitschriftenaufsätzen und Fortbüdungsvorträgen gewesen. Dabei fallt auf, daß sich das Schwergewicht der Ätiopathogenese immer mehr von einer allergischen Auslösung zu einer nichtallergischen Genese verschoben hat (Tabelle 1a und b; Illig, 1973, 1977, 1979).
