Abstract

A user-adapted “Bildschirmtext”system requires an uncomplicated installation method for a connection to the data center. A special remote control device with three additional functions permits setting up of the connection, subscriber identification and ending of the connection by actuating for each case one of the control keys. The status of the system, when setting up or canceling the connection, is displayed on the subscriber’s screen.
