Abstract
At the Rotterdam Radiotherapy Institute all patients with carcinoma of the bladder are seen together by urologist and radiotherapist. Staging is done together according to the rules of the TNM-classification of the UICC. Treatment is performed according to protocol which has been agreed by all Rotterdam urologists and the Rotterdam Radiotherapy Institute. Followup again is done together at regular intervals. No patients are lost to follow-up.
