Zusammenfassung

Akne ist eine Erkrankung der Talgdrüsenfollikel. Die erste Veränderung ist eine Störung in der Verhornung mit Retention von Hornzellmassen im Infrainfundibulum. Die Sequenz der Ereignisse ist der Übergang eines Follikelfilamentes [16] in einen Mikro-komedo [6] und dann einen geschlossenen Komedo. Entzündliche Veränderungen, wie Papeln und Pusteln sind immer sekundärer Art.
