Zusammenfassung
Die hohe Ureterozystoneostomie unter Bildung einer „Hörnerblase“ist keine Erfindung der letzten 10 Jahre (Witzel, 1896; Dolff, 1952). Mit dieser Methode gelingt sowohl auf extraperitonealem wie transperitonealem Wege die Überbrückung pelviner Harnleiter defekte bis in Höhe von LWK 5.
