Abstract
In the paper some optimization problems of consolidation process are considered. The consolidation process is treated as a control system described by partial differential equations. In the control theory this case of a system is called “system with distributed parameters” and became the subject of intensive investigations in the recent years [2]. Application of the control theory is here not accidental; we will see, that the non-classical variational problems considered in the paper—are of the nature of problems of optimal control theory.
