Abstract

The value of histochemical enzyme reactions in the study of human tumors for clinical-pathological purposes has been extensively investigated in many laboratories. Such studies have also been made in our department during the past 18 years (Willighagen 1956, 1959, 1960, 1961 a, b, 1963; Willighagen et al. 1959, 1963, 1968; Planteydt et al. 1960, 1965; Thiery et al. 1966, 1967 a, b, 1969).
