Abstract

The cell variety in acute leukemia (AL) may be difficult to identify when the examination of blood and marrow is restricted to May-Grunwald-Giemsa (MGG) staining methods. (II) Various cytochemical techniques have been used [1, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20]. These methods have been shown to provide a valuable approach to demonstrating characteristic features of abnormal cell lines.
