Summary
After application of HCG histochemical studies in rats with unilateral experimental cryptorchidism demonstrate, compared with controls, a positive effect on the proved enzym systems. The 3ß-hydroxysteroid-dehydrogenase activity increases significantly after heightened HCG-dose, and decreases within 6-8 weeks. Lipoids were demonstrated only in the abdominal testes.
Die Untersuchungen wurden mit Unterstützung der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft durchgeführt.
