Zusammenfassung
Beobachtet man die Pupillenreaktion auf Licht mit bloßem Auge oder mit dem Spaltlampenmikroskop, so sieht man, daß sich die Pupille nahezu kontinuierlich kontrahiert. Registriert man jedoch den Bewegungsablauf (Abb. 1), so erkennt man eine zunächst schnelle und dann langsame Phase der Verengerung. Wir haben untersucht, ob dieser charakteristische Bewegungsablauf auch bei durch Pilocarpin veränderten Ausgangsweiten erhalten bleibt.
