Single-Shot Absorption Spectroscopy with Chirped Femtosecond Laser Pulses

  • Conference paper
Laser in Forschung und Technik / Laser in Research and Engineering

Abstract

The D2 line of rubidium (Rb) was recorded using femtosecond (fs) laser pulses and a spectrally resolving autocorrelator. The interaction between photons and atoms lead to a significant change of the pulse correlation signal near the half of the D2 wavelength.
