Zusammenfassung
Der Erfolg der Dünndarmtransplantation wird durch die Sensibilität des Organs gegenüber Ischämie und Reoxygenierung limitiert. Die intestinale Mikrozirkulation ist dabei das primäre Ziel des postischämischen Reperfusionsschadens [1, 2], Neue therapeutische Strategien müssen daher die Protektion der Mikrozirkulation während der postischämischen Reperfusion beinhalten. Carolina Rinse-Lösung (CR) enthält neben Adenosin Antioxidantien wie Allopurinol und Desferrioxamin. Während CR erfolgreich bei der Lebertransplantation angewendet wurde [3], gibt es derzeit nur wenige Informationen über den Einsatz dieser Spüllösung im Rahmen der Dünndarmtransplantation. Ziel unserer Studie war es daher, mittels intravitaler Fluoreszenzmikroskopie den Einfluß von CR auf die Mikrozirkulation des transplantierten Dünndarms quantitativ zu analysieren. Zusätzlich sollte durch Verwendung kalter und warmer Spüllösungen (4°C und 37 °C) ein möglicher protektiver Effekt der Erwärmung des Transplantats unmittelbar vor Reperfusion untersucht werden [4].
