Abstract

The author of this paper considers the mechanism of the pathogenesis in the managers’ work and provides the analysis of psychologic conditions of effectivity of his productivity. He describes the tools of Psychohygiene in his work.

Psychohygiene is the science of studying the conditions of the establishment and maintenance of mental health. Its objective is to give exact reasons for empirical findings.
