Zusammenfassung
Die Ausbildung eines funktionsfähigen Trophoblasten ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung für die weitere Embryogenese. Demzufolge sind Trophoblasterkrankungen meist mit einer auffälligen oder völlig fehlenden Embryonalentwicklung assoziiert. Pathomorphologisch unterscheidet man die Blasenmole vom Chorionkarzinom.
