The Post-Traumatic Elbow — General Considerations

Abstract

There are three problems in the follow-up treatment of accidents which can cause the patient and doctor to plan further reconstructive measures at the elbow joint: (1) the post-traumatic reduction of motion, (2) extensive post-traumatic pain, or (3) persisting post-traumatic infection which can not be managed in another way.
