Zusammenfassung

Durch die Entwicklung automatischer Klammernahtgeräte für die endoskopische Chirurgie wurde die Durchführung anatomischer und nichtanatomischer Lungenresektionen auf thorakoskopischem Wege möglich. Bei den nichtanatomischen (Wedge-) Resektionen wird ein keilförmiger Abschnitt des Lungengewebes mit der Läsion reseziert, auf die Präparation von Gefäßen und anderen bronchialen Hilusstrukturen wird verzichtet. Das thorakoskopische Vorgehen wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit zur Methode der Wahl für diese Operation und sie ist relativ einfach auszuführen.
