Abstract

Environmental importance of block housings to answer the tremendous demand of dwelling units of the increasing population in Turkey as a symbol of the developing world is studied in this presentation. With this purpose a housing complex named “Mavişehir” presently being established in the city of İzmir has been taken as a case.
